The savings on the account was derived from several different components. OpDecision leveraged its carrier relationship to help reduce the long distance and roaming charges, conduct an expert audit/optimization to eliminate overages, and maximize efficient use of feature plans. Through the combination of unpublished pricing and the Wireless Cost Analysis/optimization process, despite only identifying $1,200 in preventable usage charges, OpDecision was still able to create a savings of over $20,000 a month.
