Management Team: Jay E. Milgrom

Chief Executive Officer

Jay brings 20 years as an entrepreneur and a company builder to OpDecision. He started his career as an investment advisor with Prudential Securities where he quickly developed a keen sense of confidence in his own investment ideas. In 1991, seeing opportunity in the fragmented telecommunications market, he co-founded New Age Communications to help companies recover value in their technology assets. Over a ten year period Jay grew New Age into a national brand and a leading provider of technology asset management services, assisting more than 20% of Fortune 1000 companies and thousands of small and medium-sized companies, while becoming a top purchaser of used telecommunications equipment.

In 1999, during the dot-com frenzy, Jay envisioned a new channel for used technology assets, and New Age launched TelecomAuction.com - the first, and only, pure online auction for the telecom industry. In 2000, after two more years of success, an investment group acquired both. Jay continued to run New Age Communications for three more years. In 2003, Jay co-founded BlueStream Technologies LLC. BlueStream's impressive client list included a large percentage of Fortune 1000 companies. The company expanded its operations to include networking equipment and other enterprise technology. BlueStream ultimately reacquired New Age and significantly expanded its scope of operations. After four plus years of growth, the company was sold in early 2008.

OpDecision is Jay's latest vision - looking to leverage two decades of experience and relationships in the telecom industry, he and partners formed the company to help organizations of all all sizes manage and reduce the costs of wireless communications.

Jay received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca College in 1985.
