Client had a combination of users on Verizon and AT&T. OpDecision was asked to identify how much we could save our client focusing purely on cost reduction on their current carrier services.

The savings on the account was derived from several different components. OpDecision leveraged its carrier relationship to help reduce the long distance and roaming charges, conduct an expert audit/optimization to eliminate overages, and maximize efficient use of feature plans. Through the combination of unpublished pricing and the Wireless Cost Analysis/optimization process, despite only identifying $1,200 in preventable usage charges, OpDecision was still able to create a savings of over $20,000 a month.
