Client had an exclusive AT&T contract. OpDecision was asked to identify how much we could save for three of Comcast Spectacor's affiliates. The Philadelphia Flyers, the Philadelphia 76ers, and in this case study specifically, Global Spectrum.

The savings on the account was derived from several different components. OpDecision leveraged its relationship with AT&T to help reduce the long distance and roaming charges, conduct an expert Wireless Cost Analysis/optimization to eliminate overages and maximize efficient use of feature plans. OpDecision was also able to utilize through researching their current contracts and vertical discounts, an unpublished rate that created over 50% of the cost savings on the account.
